In this role you'll be responsible for finding our most valuable asset, our people. Developer Community and Events Manager
This role will largely focus on three main areas:
1. Industry conferences and events: own our presence at conferences focusing on improving the impact of each event
2. Technology partnerships: we have numerous integration partnerships and we need someone to own those relationships with the goal
of expanding the impact of each
3. Key industry influencers: build relationships with key industry users to expand Bugsnag awareness and and usage
Managing our events will the largest portion of this function, however this is not a typical events role. We need someone not just to manage some event logistics, but someone with the creativity and drive to build programs to expand our reach within the larger developer community.
Open Source Engineer
We are looking for a new open source engineer to help deliver an amazing experience to our customers while contributing back to the community. This is a good first engineering role for someone with a support background.
We are looking for a Customer Engineer to provide support to our customers to get up them and running, assist them with issues they encounter and guide them to get the most out of Bugsnag's features. The interactions are often highly technical and with fellow software engineers from around the world, working in all of our supported platforms.
